The one-piece Hollow Cutter works on the principle of a Hollow Mill. The rotating Cutter is applied to the (Hi-Shear Rivet) collar until a sufficient amount of the collar material has been removed to permit a sharp tap of a hammer to drive out the pin. An internal stop prevents the cutter teeth from contacting and damaging the work surface.
